We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with applicable privacy laws, including the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This Privacy Policy explains how Auctionworks Australia Pty Ltd trading as AuctionWORKS collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information.
Auction Data Storage and Use
AuctionWORKS collects and stores certain information in connection with auctions we conduct, including but not limited to bidder registration forms, auction records, bidding data, and other information reasonably required to administer an auction (“Auction Data”).
