With a background in performance theatre, a master’s degree in Business, and a Doctorate with a research focus in real estate, Karen is perfectly placed to drive the best results for her clients by combining her natural ease in front of crowds with her passion for numbers and deep academic insight into the property market.

Karen prides herself on her service to her clients and, as a keen investor in the Sydney property market for nearly twenty years, she understands the importance of communication in the buying process—both in the lead up to the auction and on the day—to ensure the best possible outcome.

As a skilled negotiator with over fifteen years of experience in sales leadership roles, Karen is able to calmly and expertly control the auction environment by quickly building rapport with the crowd through her adaptive and empathetic approach.

Trained and mentored by a number of the leading, award-winning auctioneers in the Sydney region, Karen truly loves being an auctioneer and her energy and enthusiasm are infectious. She is dedicated to her local community and has been conducting charity auctions long before she qualified as a real estate auctioneer.
