Commercial: While activity levels are building, the sector continues to reflect measured investor sentiment. Commercial auction volumes have ramped up significantly heading into March. With increased stock coming to market, the next four weeks should provide a clearer indication of investor appetite and buyer participation as we close out the first quarter.
